If you had high cortisol, you wouldnt need HC!

I thought my cortisol was high once, but my ASI's have never shown it, only flatline..i imagine it was high when i was over training months before my first crash in 2009

When I crash, I have to eat every two hours through the night, real pain the ass. Its a pretty common occurence, seen it in many AF'ers
