The boredom while fasting is familiar to me and was expected. As a solution I decided to read Filonov's book about DF.
I have learnt a bit Russian so it is interesting to test my vocabulary.

Filonov admits in his book that Dr Shenikov enhanced his knowledge and provoked him trying fasting sessions longer than 7 days. Before their encounter Filonov has only conducted 7 days sessions.
