Thank you for messaging me! I tried many locals but I don't think I have found the right person yet. The language barrier is tough.. I got suggestions about papaya seeds and guanabana leaves, but I am still struggling. I am just trying to get my immune system back up and stop the diarrea. Everything I eat comes right out.. Anything you can suggest that I could ask around for? Thank you so much!
