u guys still around. Its all about organic and in organic minerals....in organic minerals are ones u want to stay away from that ur body identifies as metals...and toxic...and keeps them BINDED together...and they solidify in the body...Distilled water removes alll of the in organic material...im interested in where we can get organic minerals via supplements...considering the day and age were in....we gotta get our minerals somehow...i undersatnd whole foood...but with traveling and what not...getting the proper vitamins would be key!
