Thanks for the encouragement. The probiotic that I'm using is called "Digestive Advantage, Intensive Bowel Support." Helps defend against occasional gas, bloating and abdominal discomfort. I bought this from the CVS down the street where I work. I have IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome, which is the reason why I started taking probiotics in the first place. I've tried different probiotics in the past (without good results) but this one seems to be working exceptionally well for some reason.
