Ok first your getting way ahead of yourself that's why your confused...do the mc dont worry bout the other stuff it's not necessary.. follow the recipe as directed. I don't suggest doing it for prolonged periods of time do 5 days take weekend off eating small amounts and healthy then do another 5....give yourself a break like 2 weeks eating healthy
