According to the merriam-webster dictionary the definition of condone is: to regard or treat (something bad or blameworthy) as acceptable, forgivable, or harmless.

So to say that you don't condone a paleo diet when you said that both I and wired are correct in regards to diet would be to CONDONE both diets.

The fact you were told to go low-carb is exactly what caused all your problems with carbs. I don't understand why you don't get that.
