lol no rough time at all! We get used to the trolls, they come and go, its pretty standard for Curezone, in the past we have had a few, nobody actually listens to them, and they are only here to provoke and eventually they either get bored or banished to the debate forum (its what it was created for afterall)

Its more upsetting that we lost good long standing forum members like Feo due to the trolls, nobody likes stress or rowing, especially not with AF, but its heart breaking when the trolls invade the forum and claim what we suffer from 24 hours a day, 7 days a week dosent exist.

its the state of the world we live in unfortunately when we have people invading Support Forums for a health condition, when they either claim it dosent exist, or say they dont have it themselves. I mean, I dont go on a Cancer Forum because I dont have cancer, why would I?

But we keep on marching, they make themselves look like tools, we dont need to help them out! Best way to deal with them is just not to acknowledge existance, kinda like the screaming child syndrome :)

Hope your reading and plan goes well for you, I really think giving Neville a call and trying his method, I think, from what I have read and people I talk to, that it is much more suited for those withdrawing from HC than the likes of Lams megadosing protocol is. I cant even touch vitamin C anymore!
