... as I have said above, I did not take care of it at once, when I just got my symptoms. Firs came digestive problems: bloating, gas, second - recurring vaginal yeast infection. Yeast infection first got on me occasionally as if giving me a chance to do smth to beat it but I was ignorant just like doctors at that time and tried to cure symptoms with conventional meds, ignoring the root of the problem...That means I did not change my diet, take antifungals, or try to reduce my level of stress ..... That time, 15 years ago, internet did not have any clear information on Candida.. The condition was unknown to treat... Doctors did not take it seriously and those who did could not follow up to cure it anyway.
