High fat causes so many other problems as well. Faith even stated that paleo was the worst thing someone could do for their thyroid, yet condones it for AF. Adrenal fatigue is intimately connected to thyroid health. Poor thyroid function equals low adrenal output.

The whole body system is interconnected. High fat diet causes stress and burden on the digestive system and the liver. This makes recovery virtually impossible when causing this undue stress on an already fatigued body.
