I've never done oil pulling with any other oil, so I can't compare and contrast the bso to other oils. But, as I stated in my previous post, it does seem to benefit my overall health since I've started doing the pulling, which is the point. I suggest you try the bso and see if there's a difference and if its more effective than the coconut oil. And please post your findings, so others can benefit. Thanks!
