glad u found what worked for you but I find it hard to limit my food. I started smelling too but mostly like sour milk. I said maybe b/c I eat a lot of dairy foods so I started taking dairy enzymes and it worked after two weeks my odor was gone. My body could not digest dairy and so bacteria accumulated in my gut and after years the odor was like farts, rotten eggs, garbage, everything... all from the gut. TMAU is from a lack of a enzyme and I tested Negative for that so why not another enzyme. For me that was dairy enzyme(lactose). Please have the Lactose test and in the meantime start taking the dairy enzyme with all meals. Won't hurt to try.
