the flush didn't help my skin at all. the only thing that keeps me clear is avoiding all food intolerances . I took a probiotic the other day with lactose in it, and I broke out. seems no matter how much cleansing I do, or what digestive enzymes or probiotics I take, I still break out if I eat my intolerances. the flush did help the uncomfortableness in my liver area. i never had a full blown gallbladder attack, knock wood.
