When you use the raw form -- the taste seems to activate GB activity and when in capsule form it goes straight to the stomach instead.

I know I get the weird 'shake' feeling.

I personally use Magnesium Oil spray sometimes as the
taste of Epsom Salts is extremely intolerable to me.
