You're right!

In that case, there's not much you can do that you haven't already tried. But...You at least need to try the doctor route first because not everyone has an illness that can't be diagnosed by a doctor. In your case, yours could not be diagnosed by a doctor, therefore, you have no other option but to try alternative medicine/treatments.

But my point is that you started with an appropriate approach. Had you had a medically recognizable illness, it could have been treated and you would have had your answer.

Going to a doctor first is by far a more reasonable approach than heading straight to the internet to start trying random treatments, which are likely to make one worse 99% of the time.
