I just started OPing this morning. I used refined sunflower oil 1 tbsp and a few drops of oil of oregano. I couldn't stand the smell of the oregano oil or the texture of the sunflower oil. I lasted maybe 3 minutes. I've had one quadrant scaling so far and have 3 more. Then I need surgery to fill my gum pockets and bone loss, then some kind of surgery on my bottom 2 front teeth. I'm trying anything to save money to avoid all this stuff. I also have bad breath, Depression and anxiety Any suggestions? Thanks!
