Hello everyone, I'm just going to get straight to the point, I dunno what's going on but I need help this ruining my life. Basically for the past 2 months I've been waking up from 1 to 10 times a night usually my heart will be pounding, chest/stomach pain?, acid reflux, hot flushes, dripping of sweat my bed will be soaking, and short on breathe.

After looking into some of the symptoms I thought it may be adrenal fatige so I quit smoking and started eating a strict diet. I've also been to the ER thinking this was a heart attack it's not I'm 24 so that's good but I still think it might be sometimes what if the ECG's missed something? I've also thought it may be gerd, a stomach ulcer, heart disease, anxiety. But I don't know!!

I apologise if this post is everywhere I just woke up yet again I'm so sleep deprived I don't know what to do anymore.
