I think that the best course of action is to eliminate the toxins from our drinking water & our food as best we can. It is mission impossible to eliminate them from our environment. We live in a sea of these toxins, and so this is why Trapper & Dr. Brownstein recommend high doses of Iodine to keep them out of our body.
