I had similar issue, The body moves candida toxins to the skin and scalp which can cause temporary hairloss. I had hair loss also on the top and back of my head. I has all come back now that my Candida situation is alot better.

You need to do more detox, Epsom Salt baths daily, Drink tons of water, Milk Thistle, Nettle Tea, coffee enemas are also a great way to detox.
