You need to cleanse your bowels....I have three natural solutions in order based on their effectiveness.

1) Salt water cleanse....mix 2 tsp of Himalayan salt in 24-32 oz. of hot water and drink first thing in morning

2)Magnesium Oxide - Take 1000-1200mg on an empty stomach

3) Epsom Salts (which is also a form of magnesium) - take as instructed or enough to induce diarreah
