coffee enema is not a quick fix. You know the saying that "we did not get in the situation we're in over night, in the same token will take some time to get out of it.
Although enema is not a quick fix, you start right.
When we start to Cleanse and detox the body, at first we feel better and some time herx (detox reaction) occurs, which is our old trash talking to us. Till we take care of it we suffer a little.

coffee enema done right is God sent remedy for a lot of health issues. Almost all health issue are tide with sluggish liver and gallbladder, which coffee enema is good for.
