Hey Hopelesleslie. I know it's not much consolation but there are a lot of people out there with the same problems as you who know just how you feel.

I've had lots of suicidal feelings but I get through it by just thinking 1 day at a time, I can always get through 1 more day. I also think that if I kill myself it might have been the very next day that I would have found the cure for my issues.

I focus on improving my diet, excercise and lifestyle but don't think anything is going to work overnight, it could take years. Recently i went through a period where I was nearly normal, maybe it's a sign that my condition is improving. I expect yours can too.
