Take into consideration that this might not have to do anything with Iodine or selenium.

First year I did the same thing; I blamed Iodine for everything; then quit for a while.. then I saw that it wasnt part of it; OR just highlighted a deficiency.

Nose bleeding; had this big time. Vit C, K possibly; but in my case cured with enough vit C, ascorbic acid.
