There are times when the coffee will give you energy at 1st. I have felt this way before also to later feel tired.
When you 1st do enemas they are somewhat draining to ones system. It's a workout for your colon. I have heard that sometimes it's a reaction to die off and toxins being released.

The more that you do them these symptoms should lessen both from the coffee high and the fatigue because your system should be cleaner. Just my 2 cents.
