Help I am not losing any weight. Today is day 3 for me and I don't notice any changes in my weight, I do need to lose weight I am 40+ lbs overweight and need to lose some excess weight. I've been eliminating everyday 4+ times per day, the only problem I have is not drinking the recommended amount of lemonade, I don't understand, because I think after not eating for 3 days there should be some movement in the scale.
