I think the info you posted may be an answer to prayer. had my first checkup in many years and she says I've had the big D for a while and heart stuff, too (guess I've been in denial -too busy raising 2 boys alone.)

thank you -if you get this - what do I need to do first? - fairly healthy eater -type O - so I really need some fish or chicken. tried going veg sev x and just more tired than ever. but juicing and eating lots of veggies along with it.

hoping not to go the insulin route, although I have been in chronic pain for so long.
any way, thank you for all this great info.
