Yes, I was put on lexapro and I did have Depression and low serotonin levels. I quit taking lexapro cold turkey after 3 weeks, which I DO NOT recommend. The 3 weeks after I stopped was hell on earth.

I was determined to find a natural remedy for myself and once I found what works for me the Depression lifted off of my shoulders. I'm not saying everyday is perfect but I can feel myself getting back to normal slowly.

A lot of exercise, proper diet, and just a positive mindset that this will be over one day has helped.
