Before buying from Trapper next week. Im trying to figure which one to buy. He makes a 5% Lugols which is what I use now. But his SSKI 2% is suppose to be easier to use? Could u specify the difference? Also I want u to know that I am warming up now! I don't know if it had to do with detoxing or switching my salt to Celtic Sea Salt instead of Morton iodized Sea Salt . Or both!! Anyway Im at 300mg since yesterday. I am warming up and my fingernails are strong. I don't plan on going any further for awhile. I have moved up a lot in one week. For the last few years I was on 75 to 100mgs of iodine. Even with the Iodine I made some wrong turns. With prayer, persistence and my stubbornness I know this will work. I have seen the positive changes along the way.
