I've been thinking of starting off iodin by mixing it with my oil cleansing method oils (80% jojoba and 20 Jamaican black castor oil) and may be see how my skin reacts? I'm thinking about doing a couple of Liver Cleanses before I start taking Lugols Iodine orally. I guess I'll mix my Iodine with ocm in the meantime. If nothing else it'll make my liver breathe easy while it's working overtime flushing toxins that topical Iodine brings up.

What do you think, suggestions?
