Ok I'm really getting pissed off. Why do some people eat complete shit and never have 1 spot? I was trying a Water Fast got to day 4(today) and broke it. Just seeing people eat cakes and complete processed crap and never getting a spot pisses me off. It doesn't even make sense. What am I doing so horribly wrong?

Everyone says to do opposite things and its driving me crazy, I just don't know what to do.

P.s. I have bloodshot eyes constantly since my Liver Flushes I did in November and December. Wish I never did them, made me feel worse overall. Another point to add is my fingers have developed a blue tint at the base since liver flushing.

P.p.s I have blood pressure of 140/80 - 160/80. Zzz
