Im similar buddy, but at least you are going! I use NOW super enzymes that help,gits gotten better recently by ifitnng cortisol with ACE drops and tiny amounts of licorice (upper gi stimuator) and using Lams quantamax as it contains many of things the bowel needs and may not be producing in AF. Have a look at the ingredients, might be worth a punt?
