I have undigested food in stools. One of the things that I seem to digest worse is fruit. I am trying to dillucidate if this means enzyme or HCL defficiency (or both). What do you guys know about this? I have read that fruit does not need gastric digestion but cannot find where now.

I also not digest much whole grains, peas, mushrooms... oh right and what comes out intact are ALL nuts. Yes, I am f***ed, and this have been going on for years now. Thanks to doctors and their lack of empathy and not doing their damn work.
