You should stop the raw diet (dont eat any uncooked food), fat and oil foods, dairies. Do you know pumpkin seeds? Buy the raw one (this is exception). Sundry them until you can peel the outer layers without destroy the green layers and chew the seeds well before swallowing. Lay down, about 3 hours later, take some laxative.
