Walk up a hill, or up and down some stairs and it will come out.

Using higher concentration of Epsom Salt insures fast flush.

When amount of Epsom Salt in water is low, it may not be enough to flush your intestines fast, instad intestines may even absorb the water.

The more Epsom Salt you take, the faster it will reach the other end. Follow the recipe.
