Hey leslie, I'm changing my diet in hope all goes well, I have bought probiotics, probiotic yoghurt and yakult. I hope it's not TMAU because i'm now determined i can beat FBO in a matter of a week if I get some regular colonic irrigations , keep eating healthy, get exercise, take my probiotics, get some Polyethylene Glycol and just stay positive..
