My testicles were covered in cysts and gave me the worst pain I've ever experienced about once a month...and were always sensitive to the touch. Started Lugols and they haven't hurt since. I can touch and handle them without issue now.

Mega doses of Iodine internally, paint the scrotum daily and leave those poor buggers alone.
