Yeah it is tough. I had to change my diet too. I'm trying to eat healthier now, I'm definitely laying off meat. But it just hard this condition controls everything: the way I live, what I eat, and it causes me so much depression. I can't stand living this way. If you want to talk feel free to PM me.
