Hi,
Well, I have been suffering with the following symptoms for almost 2 years now:
* Fatigue;
* Dizziness and loss of coordination;
* Heavy head;
* Blurry vision;
* Brain fog;
* Anxiety;
* Cold hands & feet;
* food sensitivities ;
* Gas, bloating and loose stools;
* Feel tired and brain fogged after eating almost anything;
After visiting several doctors and doing tons of medical tests, one doctor finally found the root cause: Dysbiosis and Leaky Gut.
I had a comprehensive stool test, called KyberKompakt, which is done in Germany. The test results showed Intestinal Dysbiosis.
So, my question is, how can I cure my Dysbiosis?? I'm desperate to heal and get my life back.
Can probiotics alone cure me? If so, which brand do you recommend?
Please help me folks!
Here is the diagnosis that came along with the test results:
---------------
Diagnosis – Intestinal Microflora
The total number of all cultivable microorganisms is strongly decreased.
General Note: Due to values that are not within the normal ranges, this indicates a considerable change in the intestinal environment. The resistance against colonization of pathogenic microorganisms and yeast/fungi is not sufficient.
The bacteriological study of the microflora resident in the small intestine, showed up discrete/normal values for Escherichia coli, Enterococcus sp and Lactobacillus cas-Gr. However, it could not be detected H2O2-Lactobacillus (hydrogen peroxide-producing Lactobacillus), which indicates a great reduction of the protective microflora's defensive ability.
Within the group of potential pathogenic microorganisms, Enterobacteriaceae, it was detected an increased population/overgrowth of E. Coli Biovare. According to previous experiences, this is a strong indicator of inflammation on the intestinal mucosa. Due to the high pathogenic microbial population, it is possible liver damage (liver toxic overload) and bloating (gas), caused by the byproducts these bacteria's metabolism.
The bacteriological study of the microflora resident in the large intestine, showed up a decrease of the population of Bifidobacterium sp and Bacteroides sp. Since both species are considered responsible for the resistance/protection against pathogenic colonization of the large intestine, there is likely a change/damage on the microvilli of the gut barrier. There are "free ecological areas", which in this case favor the appearance of proteolytic flora (putrefactive flora).
It was detected an overgrowth of the Clostridium sp. Clostridium bacteria are major producers of gas and in large numbers can cause bloating. Also for their ability to decompose proteins (proteolytic bacteria), these bacteria can produce toxic substances such as ammonia, indole, skatole, etc., creating a toxic environment in the gut and also liver toxic overload.
It was not detected an increase on the population of yeast/fungi.
The pH of the stool sample is very high.
Final Considerations
The study of the intestinal microflora shows a considerable mal-functioning of the gut environment.
We suggest specific research and therapy for intestinal motility disorders, intestinal mucosa inflammation, food allergies and intolerances, liver overload/abnormalities, gallbladder and pancreatic malfunctions and problems of maldigestion and malabsorption.
