lol i always wondered about this too.

Surely though, if hormones and minerals which you are not absorbing well thus eliminated in huge amounts in the urine - how does then drinking the urine help to try to absorb a second time around if it failed the first time?
Surely the hormones and minerals will end up being excreted again?
