I have been using Culturelle probiotics and if i remember correctly they had 10 billion per tablet. And the only reason I haven't been strict with it is because I'm not even sure I have candida overgrowth because my physician keeps putting doubt in my mind. I just dont eat whatever makes me feel funny inside my mouth because I have to get on with my life as well and don't have time nor willingness to follow this diet unless I am diagnosed with candida.
