Really interesting wiredgeneration. Yes Im comfortable with my diet but as you said probably it could be better/more healing.

One of these days I want to count the macro ratios etc to see what Im doing.

Yes Im a small female. 1'62cm tall.

I take note on this diet + book. Lately I have been.interested on dr Lams and dr Wilsons books per recomendations from here. Too many thing to.buy :-) But I will get there.

What I can do now (and dont do) is what I said work on my ratios and see how.many calories I eating as I dont want to be eating too little.
