I have luck with a pure soap, like Ivory I think. It dries out the skin a bit. Not as bad as your condition though. I would try tobacco juice on one zit also and see if it does anything. All those Acne chems are really bad for your system, if not dangerous. Oh, also, what I did for Acne on my back was get a mild, very mild sunburn, no so bad it would hurt (for more than a day) That would kill off the Acne for a year if I did it just right. UV light also destroys acne, there might be a derm treatment for that. Better than chemicals.
