I would start with the right testing to find out if there is infection in the GI tract and not guess at what I have. Every type of infection requires a different approach. A one size fits all approach can be problematic when it comes to treatment approaches. The GI tract is highly susceptible to infection and should always be the first place if infection is suspected. patrickrambling-pb.blogspot.com/2012/12/lessons-from-parasites.html

Flushing is more of a bile promoter and not so much of a deep liver cleanser. Liv52 is a popular liver cleanse product. There are many like products that can work as well.

Increasing methylation is a much better approach to Liver Cleansing rather than the Clarke methods. Methylation is a complex pathway and many people with infectious organisms are susceptible to impaired methylation such as Autism patients. Choline plays a key role in methylation (methyl donor) and lack of it causes gallbladder issues, but choline is just one of the things necessary for methylation.

Getting sleepy after meals and Sugar crashing are signs of blood Sugar control or a possibility of digestive enzyme deficiency. There are a number of Ayurvedic products that can help with this such as GlucoCare from Himalaya USA.

A mineral analysis may help pinpoint minerals that are deficient as well as toxic elements. Trace Elements Inc is a trusted provider. Their testing will also reveal endocrine abnormalities which may be playing a role in your situation.
