Agreed! Nature gave us the most delicious, amazing food that can also cure us of most diseases and then people say, 'don't eat that it's got Sugar in it.' But oh, yeah take vitamin C because that's good for you. If nature wanted us to have the vitamin C without all of the other stuff that goes with it, she would have grown it that way. Personally, I am a big fan of nature; I'm not a big fan of man. Anytime man starts displaying his knowledge and showing how he can do it better than nature makes me want to run the other way. People on curezone who tell us to take certain vitamins and minerals as extracted by man, instead of getting them from natural foods have a long way to go before they understand how to really cure someone.

We should all have a little humility and bow at the feet of nature and wonder in awe at how amazing it all is.
