If you are doing 80/10/10 and eating 1-2 avocados/day, you are going to have to eat an enormous amount off fruit to maintain the 80/10/10 ratio. You would have to eat about 58 bananas/day to maintain the macronutrient ratio if you were to eat 2 avocados. Its been done before, but may be more of a chore than a diet.
