I actually reference that report when I explain about Iodine and bromide to people I know.

I'm currently going to try increasing my dosage again(I had no symptoms as I increased before, it actually got rid of them), and if I don't notice an enhancement after 2 weeks of steadily increasing, then I'm going to try the pulse dosing.

I will admit, the irritability is pretty intense to deal with on occasion, so this might be a good relief, especially if it helps with brain-fog.
