How much CLO daily?

I understand this all takes time, I just get weary wondering when it gets better - but I am also NOT patient so of course I want great health & vitality yesterday....
Seems the more I read/research the harder it gets. I gotta find a way to improve and get off the hormones (bio-identical). So tired of taking so many things & spending so much, granted I do feel better than a year ago!
