ive never heard of fucoidan..(thought it as a fluoride based infaler at first. lol)

But to answer your question..I think yes.. in all natural foods, the comingled ingredients seem to work in harmony with one another and probably do well for us.

There are so many good substances in natural foods.. I doubt we'll ever separate and learn them all.
