Ive tried both of those. Bodymint did help my underarm odor but I did not notice anything else. I used chlorofresh (the mint flavored one) but I had not noticed a change really. I think it works for people with mild Body Odor like underarm or onions.

In all honesty chlorophyll supplements have not been so kind to me, even sun chlorella.
