Thank you for taking the time to respond. I appreciate your post as I needed to be reminded of certain things (ex: don't give attention to what I don't want).

I have the book "Ask and It is Given" by Esther and Jerry Hicks. You are correct---it is time for me to pull it out again and get to work!

Some things I have been continually doing, such as going on a "rampage of appreciation", especially when I leave the house and am in the car. I look for things to appreciate. Also, on a daily basis, I say out loud all the things that are good in my life. Some days I do it, but it is difficult on those days when I feel situationally depressed.

I know that in part, in order to get the energy moving in the right direction, I need to start working on the house again---cleaning out junk, making the repairs that I can personally do or calling companies to help with the bigger things.
